"Vastness, Adventure and Unsurpassed Scenery Await You!"

This is the land of the "Midnight Sun" – That's right, the sun barely sets during the months of May, June, July and most of August. With so much to do, it's a blessing the sun so graciously provides the light to explore and play!

Here are just a few suggestions for activities that can be enjoyed in the Keno City area:

- Enjoy the numerous trails and old mining roads on Keno area hills and hill tops and go hiking, mountain biking and ATV riding. With many km of mountain trails and old mining roads in the immediate area site seeing will be second to none. Guided tours may be available with advance notice;

- Get introduced to the fauna and flora available in this remote, pristine wilderness area (don't forget your binoculars);

- World class fishing in the many lakes and rivers across the region (don't forget to get a fishing license);

- Visit the Keno City mining museum

-You won't want to miss out on Mike Mancini's world famous pizza at the Keno City snack bar.

- On June 21, take part in the annual summer solstice celebration with locals and visitors at the signpost, a significant landmark on top of Keno Hill.

- September and October offer excellent northern lights viewing opportunities.
